《十三女弟子湖楼请业图》现有三个版本,分别为上海博物馆所藏绢本设色手卷、2010香港佳士得春拍绢本设色手卷,及民国神州国光社1929年刊印珂罗版线装《湖楼请业图册》,其中国光社所印的底本并非前两本。各本引首、画芯、钤印均相近,但在细微处,仍存在较大差别。
