我们研制了一种新型曲轴轴颈检测仪,经使用效果较好。该检测仪是采用非接触式气动测量。用11个水柱式气动量仪,在工件一次安装下可完成曲轴五个轴颈上的八个横截面的直径尺寸、六个椭圆度、三个锥度及一个轴向尺寸共18个参数量的测量。一、主要技术参数测量对象(见图1)。测量误差:小于3μm 气源压力:2.5～3kg/cm~2 生产率:1件/min
