宁夏银川市市委、市政府决定以“银川舰”回家安置为契机在滨河新区建设一座大型军事文化主题旅游区,其将成为展示宁夏作为历史上西北边陲重镇、中原文化与草原游牧文化的交接带上的军事文化的集中展示地,成为中国国防防务文化的展示与体验中心。基于此,简要介绍宁夏银川市黄河军事文化博览园规划设计的项目缘起、项目进度、设计特色,以完善、丰富其景观设计。
