【摘要】目的：探討117例肠外瘘病人的护理体会。方法：选择117例肠外瘘的患者，将护理工作重点放在这些患者手术和非手术的观察和护理上，同时给予相应的护理。结果：本组病例经治疗后，治愈率达91.5%，经确定性手术治愈者60.7%，瘘愈合时间为15天~10个月，平均96天，平均治愈时间41天。结论：护士做好病人心理护理的同时具备高度的责任心，做好各项基础护理是治疗成功的有力保障。

Methods: 117 patients with enterocutaneous fistula patients, will focus on care of these patients surgery and non-surgical observation and care, at the same time giving the appropriate care. Results: After treatment the patients, the cure rate reached 91.5%, after definitive surgery were cured 60.7%, fistula healing time of 15 days to 10 months, an average of 96 days, with an average healing time of 41 days. Conclusion: The nurses do a good job of psychological care of patients at the same time the responsibility and basic care is a strong guarantee for successful treatment.
