在PC兼容机上,应用运动觉测试软件,由微机控制,于VGA显示器产生48条棒状垂直视标,经筛选其中6个位点(中上、中下、左上、左下、右上和右下)作为运动觉测试视标,其运动的方式为四种:作2个象案(2P),4个象素(4P),6个象素(6P)的水平移动和>40HZ的闪烁运动。共测定了年龄11~68岁56名(112只眼)正常人,30例(45只眼)视神经病变患者的运动觉。结果表明视神经病变患者为运动异常率为86.7%,在视力≥1.0和视力<1.0的两组患眼中,运动觉的异常率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。本研究建立了我国正常人的运动觉正常参考值,并提供了检测视神经病变程度的一种新的视力功能测试方法。
On the PC-compatible computer, motion control test software is applied and controlled by a microcomputer. 48 bar vertical cursors are generated on a VGA monitor. A total of 56 eyes (112 eyes) aged 11-68 years and 30 eyes (45 eyes) with motor neuropathy were measured. The results showed that the rate of motor abnormality in patients with optic neuropathy was 86.7%. There was a significant difference in motor performance between eyes with visual acuity ≥1.0 and visual acuity <1.0 (P <0.05). This study established a normal reference value of motor activity in normal people in our country and provided a new visual function test method for detecting the degree of optic neuropathy.
