电子病案的发展目标主要是加速病人信息流通和实现高度共享,使病人的信息随时随处可以得到,可以提供纸张病案无法提供的服务,尤其是对于远程会诊;从而起到提高工作效率和医疗质量的作用。新的病案管理需求体现在数据安全、数据共享能力、使用方便性和数据完整性等方面,继续采用传统病案管理方法已经无法与之相适应,必须引入现代化管理方法,电子病案是病案的最终形式。
The goal of e-medical record development is to accelerate the flow of patient information and to achieve a high degree of sharing so that patients’ information can be readily available at all times and can provide services that paper medical records can not provide, especially for remote consultation; thereby enhancing work efficiency and quality of medical care effect. New medical records management needs are reflected in the data security, data sharing, ease of use and data integrity, continue to use the traditional medical records management methods can not be adapted, it is necessary to introduce modern management methods, electronic medical records is the final form of medical records .
