刺梨(Rosa roxbrughii Tratt)果实含维生素C(Vc)极高,是食品加工的优质原料。果实的贮藏保鲜为持续加工提供新鲜原料的必要手段。1981年作者在指导本院学生学士论文设计研究时表现,~(80)C_o—r射线5万伦琴照射刺梨果实常温贮藏保鲜有一定效果。1982年作者在此基础上用2~6万伦琴照射刺梨果实控温贮藏,观察果实的耐藏性,现将初步试验结果整理如下。
Rosa roxbrughii Tratt is extremely high in Vitamin C (Vc) and is a good source for food processing. Fruit storage and preservation for the continued processing of raw materials to provide the necessary means.
