本文通过理论分析和缺油算例,说明随着齿轮技术的飞速发展,在高速齿轮的润滑中,出现缺油危险的可能性在不断增大。缺油计算已成为高速齿轮润滑设计中不容忽视的重要内容。通过对两类不同性质的缺油现象——冷却缺油和润滑缺油的讨论,提出了有效防止出现缺油危险的计算方法和表达缺油程度的关系线图。从线图中可一目了然地看出缺油计算对改善高速齿轮的承载能力、工作质量和使用寿命的重大意义。
This paper, through theoretical analysis and lack of oil, shows that with the rapid development of gear technology, the possibility of lack of oil is increasing in the lubrication of high-speed gears. Missing oil calculation has become an important part of high-speed gear lubrication design can not be ignored. Based on the discussion of two kinds of lacking oil of different nature - the lack of cooling and the lack of lubrication, the calculation method of effectively preventing the risk of lack of oil and the relation diagram of expressing the degree of lack of oil are put forward. From the diagram it can be seen at a glance that the lack of oil calculation is of great significance to improve the bearing capacity, work quality and service life of high-speed gears.
