民族关系是具有特定内涵的特殊社会关系,会受到自身以外的诸多社会因素的影响。社会转型时期影响我国民族关系的主要因素涉及政治、经济、文化、社会等诸多领域。本文以宁夏为例,侧重分析现阶段影响我国民族关系的主要政治因素,并从法律体系、法制环境角度对民族关系进行调控谈几点建议。 Ethnic relations are special social relations with specific connotations and are influenced by many social factors other than themselves. The main factors influencing the ethnic relations in our country during the period of social transformation are political, economic, cultural and social issues. Taking Ningxia as an example, this paper focuses on the analysis of the main political factors that affect the national relations in our country at this stage and makes some suggestions on the regulation and control of ethnic relations from the legal system and the legal environment.
