脐带绕颈是胎儿脐带缠绕身体中最常见的一种类型。本文对我院86年6月1日－11月30日和93年6－11月分娩者1010例做了针对性比较分析；其中86年6-11月脐带统颈发生率为11．61％，93年6－11月脐带绕颈发生率为32．88％，胎儿宫内窘迫的发生与济带绕颈有关；脐带统颈对围产儿健康产生一定危害，提出脐带绕颈早期诊断及时正确处理的重要性，脐带绕颈发生率增高的原因及早期治疗的初步探讨。
Umbilical cord around the neck is the most common type of fetal umbilical cord wrapped around the body. In this paper, our hospital from June 1, 2006 to November 30, 86 and 93 cases of delivery from June to November 1010 cases were comparative analysis; of which 86 cases of 6-11 months umbilical cord neck incidence was 11.61% , The incidence of umbilical cord around the neck from June to November in 1993 was 32.88%.
