目的探讨氟砷对暴露人群骨代谢的交互作用。方法 2009年选择贵州省清镇市流长乡198例氟砷联合暴露者作为研究对象,分别检测尿氟、尿砷及骨代谢效应标志尿羟脯氨酸(UHYP)和尿I型胶原交联氨基末端肽(UNTX)、骨强度指数(STI),以尿氟(UF)、尿砷(UAs)分组。结果 UNTX含量(26.82 nmol/mmol Cr)在低氟低砷水平低于氟、砷单独作用水平之和[(8.97+20.91)nmol/mmol Cr],UNTX含量(45.19、54.79 nmol/mmol Cr)在低氟高砷、高氟低砷水平高于氟、砷单独作用水平之和[(20.51+20.91)、(8.97+33.68)nmol/mmol Cr)],且氟、砷对NTX的交互作用差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);氟、砷对UHYP、STI的交互作用差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在该暴露水平下,氟、砷对NTX在低氟低砷水平主要表现为拮抗作用,在低氟高砷、高氟低砷水平主要表现为协同作用;氟、砷对UHYP、STI不存在交互作用。
Objective To explore the interaction between fluoride and arsenic on bone metabolism in exposed population. Methods A total of 198 cases of fluorosis and arsenic exposed persons in Liuchang Township, Qingzhen City, Guizhou Province, were selected as research objects in 2009. Urinary fluoride, urinary arsenic and bone metabolism were detected respectively. Urinary hydroxyproline (UHYP) and urinary type I collagen were cross-linked Amino-terminal peptide (UNTX), bone strength index (STI), urinary fluoride (UF), urinary arsenic (UAs) grouping. Results UNTX content (26.82 nmol / mmol Cr) was lower than the sum of fluoride and arsenic alone ([8.97 + 20.91] nmol / mmol Cr] and UNTX content (45.19,54.79 nmol / mmol Cr) The levels of low-fluoride, high-arsenic, high-fluoride and low-arsenic were higher than the sum of the individual effects of fluoride and arsenic [(20.51 + 20.91), (8.97 +33.68) nmol / mmol Cr) Statistical significance (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the interaction between fluoride and arsenic on UHYP and STI (P> 0.05). Conclusions At the level of exposure, fluoride and arsenic have antagonistic effects on NTX at low fluoride and low arsenic levels, synergistic effects on low fluoride, high arsenic and high fluoride and arsenic levels. However, fluoride and arsenic do not exist on UHYP and STI Interaction.
