用热压和无压烧结工艺,在1700~1800℃制备了含氮稀土黄长石固溶体R_2Si_(3-x)Al_xO(3+x)N(4-x)(R=Nd、Sm,x=0、0.3、0.6、1.0、1.2;R=Dy、Y,x=0、0.3、0.6、1.0;R=Yb,x=0、0.3).利用Guinier-Hgg照相法,光密度计LS-18和相应的程序系统(SCAN,SCANPI和PIRUM)给出了稀土黄长石的X射线衍射图谱,精密测定了具有不同稀土元素和固溶量的黄长石固溶体的晶胞参数,并建立了Nd-,Sm-,Y-黄长石固溶体晶胞参数与Al实际固溶量x的关系式.晶胞参数的测定结果表明,具有相同x值的不同黄长石固溶体的晶胞大小随稀土离子半径的减小而变小,而同一稀土元素形成的黄长石固溶体的晶胞参数则随x值的增加而变大.
