佛山是我国岭南以及东南亚地区中成药的发源地。始于明代万历年间(1573年),至今已有400多年历史。追溯起佛山中成药的悠久历史,中成药店坊开业最早的算是梁仲弘蜡丸馆了,据其族谱记载,在明代万历年间,梁仲弘跟随名医习艺,学成后便在佛山镇潮市街恳壶济世,颇有名气。后来将历年来临床心得制成几个产品出售,随后又将蜡丸馆馆址迁至早市(即今佛山市福贤路)开业,独沽“抱龙丸”一个品种,由于药效显著,因而佳誉四方,并代代相传直至公私合营时才并入佛山市联合制药厂(即今佛山市制药一厂)。蜡丸馆旧址保存至今,今尚有梁仲弘十七代子孙造的“梁仲
Foshan is the birthplace of proprietary Chinese medicines in Lingnan and Southeast Asia. It began in the Wanli period (1573) of the Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 400 years. After tracing the long history of Foshan proprietary Chinese medicines, the earliest known Chinese medicine pharmacies were opened by Liang Zhonghong Wax Wan. According to its genealogical records, during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, Liang Zhonghong followed famous doctors to study arts. After studying, he became a businessman at Foshan Zhenchao Street. Very famous. Later, the clinical experience over the years was made into several products for sale, and later moved to the morning market (now Fuxian Road, Foshan City), the waxball hall site was opened, and there was a unique variety of “Baolong Pills”. The Quartet, and passed on from generation to generation until the public-private partnership, was incorporated into the Foshan Pharmaceutical Factory (now Foshan No. 1 Pharmaceutical Factory). The site of the Waxball Hall has been preserved so far. There are still seventeen generations of Liang Zhonghong’s son Liang Zhong.
