本文通过心理学的锻炼情绪诱导问卷调查法做对照实验,并采用统计方法及SPSS软件对数据处理,根据实验得到的平均值与方差对太极拳教学中溶入动作的技击用意的教法效果进行分析。结果表明开展太极拳的技击教法可以提高学生的学习兴趣、提高学生练习效果,使学生更容易理解动作从而正确掌握;分析结果还表明技击教法的效果对男生的情绪激发比较显著,而对女生的情绪激发则不明显。
In this paper, the psychology of exercise-induced emotion questionnaire survey to do the control experiment, and the use of statistical methods and SPSS software for data processing, according to the experimental average and variance of the teaching effect of tacit learning into action analysis. The results show that the teaching of Taijiquan can improve the students’ interest in learning, improve the effect of students’ practice and make students understand the movements more easily. The analysis also shows that the effect of martial arts teaching is more significant on boys’ emotion, Emotional girls excited is not obvious.
