在中国竞技体育尚未充分市场化、商业化的时代条件下,对于后体制时代竞技运动员的就业问题成为大家普遍关注的问题。本文试想通过设立议事协调机构,云数据库制度,从而达到运动员培养模式的渐变,为中国下一步的体育市场化、商业化改革做好铺垫。
Under the condition that the competitive sports in China is not yet fully marketized and commercialized, the employment of athletes in the post-institutional era has become a common concern. This article tries to set up a motion of coordination mechanism and cloud database system so as to achieve a gradual change of training mode for athletes and pave the way for the next marketization and commercialization reform of sports in China.
