目的:研究含朱砂中药制剂中可溶性汞盐,测定含量并进行安全性评价。方法:通过处方分析、提取方法及检测方法筛查,并根据可溶性汞盐的化学性质,选用微波消解-原子荧光光度法检测含朱砂中药制剂中可溶性汞盐的含量,光电倍增管负压为300 v,原子化器温度为200℃,A通道灯电流为80 mA,还原剂为0.5%氢氧化钠+0.75%硼氢化钾,载流为3%硝酸。并根据样品检测结果及朱砂的日摄取量制定合理限度,完善质量标准中的安全性检查。结果:在0.8~4.0μg/L的范围内线性良好(r>0.999),检出限为0.1073μg/L。平均回收率(n=6)为91.33%,RSD为3.36%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于含朱砂中药制剂中可溶性汞盐的测定,评价药品安全性,完善质量标准。
Objective: To study soluble mercury salts in Chinese herbal preparations containing cinnabar, to determine the content and to evaluate the safety. Methods: According to the chemical properties of soluble mercury salts, the contents of soluble mercury salts in Chinese herbal preparations containing cinnabar were detected by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The negative pressure of photomultiplier tube was 300 v, the atomizer temperature is 200 ℃, the current of A channel lamp is 80 mA, the reducing agent is 0.5% sodium hydroxide + 0.75% potassium borohydride and the current is 3% nitric acid. According to the sample test results and the daily intake of cinnabar to establish a reasonable limit, improve the safety standards in the quality inspection. Results: The linearity was good (r> 0.999) in the range of 0.8 ~ 4.0μg / L with the detection limit of 0.1073μg / L. The average recovery (n = 6) was 91.33% with a RSD of 3.36%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of soluble mercury salts in Chinese herbal preparations containing cinnabar, evaluate the safety of medicines and improve the quality standards.
