目的：观察格拉司琼的止吐疗效和毒性。方法：对１００例接受大剂量顺铂化疗的患者，采用随机抽样的方法，比较国产格拉司琼和进口格拉司琼在相等剂量下的疗效和毒性。结果：格拉司琼能有效地预防大剂量顺铂化疗引起的恶心、呕吐，其止吐效果与 Ｇｒａｎｉｓｅｔｒｏｎ康泉相同。两药的止吐效果分别为 ９０％和 ９２％，完全缓解率分别为８２％和 ８４％。两药的疗效无显著差异，并且不良反应小。结论：格拉司琼为肿瘤化疗安全有效的止吐药，且价格便宜，值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the antiemetic efficacy and toxicity of granisetron. Methods: 100 patients receiving high-dose cisplatin chemotherapy were randomized to compare the efficacy and toxicity of domestic granisetron and imported granisetron at equal doses. Results: Granisetron can effectively prevent nausea and vomiting caused by high-dose cisplatin chemotherapy, and its antiemetic effect is the same as that of Granisetron Kangquan. The antiemetic efficacy of the two drugs was 90% and 92%, respectively, and the complete remission rate was 82% and 84%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two drugs and the adverse reactions were small. Conclusion: Granisetron is a safe and effective antiemetic drug for tumor chemotherapy. It is cheap and worthy of clinical application.
