随着电子商务的发展和日益成熟,近几年来,安装类电器的线上销量也越来越大,据了解,烟灶行业内,很多品牌线上销售的安装服务工作均由线下的经销商承担。对于接单、打单、派单、接线、回访等安装与服务的琐碎工作,如何才能使得线下的代理商做到能代表品牌实施服务,使品牌价值不受伤害。而作为线下的代理商又是如何抓住电子商务大潮涌来的商机呢?笔者采访了业内几位触“电”的传统代理商。
