目的:探讨四数九里香对高脂血症小鼠血脂调节作用及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取昆明种小白鼠70只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,辛伐他汀组,四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组,四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组,每组各10只。模型对照组,辛伐他汀组,四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组,四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组均给予高脂饮食和相应的药物灌胃治疗。观察所有小鼠的体重变化,对血脂及血流变相关指标水平进行检测。结果:给药后,与模型组比较,(1)各组小鼠的体重均较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物高、低剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05);(2)各组小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组>四数九里香醇提物高剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05);各组小鼠血清HDL-C水平较高,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组<辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组<四数九里香醇提物高剂量组<正常对照组(P<0.05);(3)各组小鼠高切全血黏度、中切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数水平较低,其中四数九里香水提物高、低剂量组>辛伐他汀组、四数九里香醇提物低剂量组>四数九里香醇提物高剂量组>正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四数九里香能够明显降低高脂血症小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平,提高血清HDL-C水平,降低血黏度,防止血栓形成,且高剂量醇提物效果较好。
Objective: To investigate the effects of four-count JiLiu-li on blood lipid regulation and hemorheology in hyperlipidemic mice. Methods: Seventy Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, simvastatin group, high and low dose group, high dose group and low dose group High and low dose group, each group of 10. The model control group, the simvastatin group, the high and low dose group of four-count Jiuliu perfume and the high-dose and low-dose group of high-dose and low-dose alcohol extract were given intragastric administration of high-fat diet and the corresponding drugs. Changes in body weight were observed in all mice, and serum lipids and blood rheology related indexes were detected. Results: After administration, compared with the model group, (1) The body weight of mice in each group was low, among which the high, low dose group, simvastatin group, High and low dose groups> normal control group (P <0.05); (2) The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum of mice in each group were lower, Low dose group of four-count Jiuliangxiang alcohol extract> high-dose group of Jiuliuoliang ethanol extract> normal control group (P <0.05). Serum levels of HDL-C were higher in all four groups In the high and low perfumery group, the simvastatin group, the low dose group of four-elixir extracts, the high-dose group of four-elixir extracts, the normal control group (P <0.05) The cutaneous viscosity, total cutaneous viscosity, low cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and erythrocyte aggregation index of the mice in the high cut group were lower than those in the high cut group and the low dose group Low dose group of Jiuliuoliang alcohol extract> high dose group of Jiuliuoliang alcohol extract> normal control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Liulisiliuji can significantly reduce serum TC, TG and LDL-C levels, raise serum HDL-C level, decrease blood viscosity and prevent thrombosis in mice with hyperlipidemia, and the effect of high-dose alcohol extract is better.
