ＰＧ微生物制剂系利用新疆干旱地区微生物资源研制而成，菌株命名为促进植物生长的微生物（Ｐｒｏｍｏｔｉｎｇ－ｇｒｏｗｔｈｍｉｃｒｏｏｒｇａｎｉｓｍ）。１９９２—１９９３年小区试验和大田示范表明，本制剂对小麦和大麦增产幅度在１７％以上。
PG microbial agents are developed using microbial resources in arid regions of Xinjiang. The strain is named Promoting-growth microorganism. The plots from 1992 to 1993 and demonstration in Daejeon show that the production of wheat and barley increased by more than 17%.
