随着信息技术的迅猛发展,人们步入崭新的网络时代。构建网络政府是顺应时代发展潮流、实现政府管理改革与重塑的理性选择,但我国在构筑网络政府过程中还存在诸多困境和难题。本文运用SWOT分析方法来全面审视网络政府构建的外部机遇与挑战、内部优势与劣势,并针对性的提出相适应的建构路径,以加快我国网络政府建设进程。
With the rapid development of information technology, people are entering a new era of Internet. Constructing a network government is a rational choice that adapts to the development trend of the times and realizes the reform and remodeling of the government administration. However, there are still many difficulties and problems in building the network government in our country. This article uses SWOT analysis method to comprehensively examine the external opportunities and challenges, internal advantages and disadvantages of network government construction, and put forward appropriate construction path in order to speed up the process of network government construction in our country.
