一、重学历、轻能力今天,文凭已成为人们受教育程度的重要标志。企业在选用人才上重视学历也不为过,但如果只重文凭,不重视人才素质和实际工作能力,那就大错特错了。这样做造成两种结果:一方面,使那些在工作中积累了丰富经验、工作能力强,但没有学历或文凭的同志无法得到提拔或重用;另一方面,则使一些不合格的人走上重要岗位。
