目的:分析中药八珍汤配合放化疗对中晚期食管癌患者免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:将60例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用精确放疗和紫杉醇化疗治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用中药八珍汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前和治疗6周后免疫功能指标(CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+),并采用癌症患者生活质量评定量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评估两组患者生活质量水平。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者治疗6周后CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗6周后EORTC QLQ-C30评分与对照组比较显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以中药八珍汤配合放化疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者能有效改善患者体质,提高其生活质量及免疫功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on immune function and quality of life in patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods: Sixty patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in the control group were treated with radiotherapy and paclitaxel chemotherapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with Chinese traditional medicine Bazhen Decoction. The immune function indexes (CD4 ~ +, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ +) of the patients before treatment and after 6 weeks of treatment were evaluated. The quality of life of patients in both groups was evaluated by EORTC QLQ-C30. Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of CD4 ~ + and CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + in the observation group were significantly increased after 6 weeks of treatment (P <0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, the EORTC QLQ -C30 score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Bazhen Decoction combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer can effectively improve the patient’s constitution, improve their quality of life and immune function, worthy of clinical application.
