甘肃省农科院蔬菜研究所1982—1984年先后从不同地区和单位引进多种食用菌菌种,通过比较试验,筛选出质优高产,适于我省风土气候的平菇4号、12号和金针菇1号、11号四个优良菌种,经多点大面积示范推广,深受广大食用菌生产者和消费者欢迎。兹介绍如下: 一、平菇4号。由南京市蔬菜所引进,为早熟性菌种。从播入菌种到开始采收仅27天。
