检测116例恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后红细胞中的谷胱甘肽(GSH)浓度,结果表明,除乳腺癌外,消化道肿瘤、恶性淋巴瘤、肺癌等肿瘤患者化疗前后红细胞GSH明显增高,且与临床分期密切相关,所有肿瘤患者化疗前、后红细胞GSH无明显差异,化疗无效患者化疗前红细胞GSH明显高于化疗有效者。红细胞GSH测定有助于恶性肿瘤患者化疗疗效、病情严重程度及预后估计
Glutathione (GSH) concentrations in red blood cells before and after chemotherapy were measured in 116 patients with malignant tumors. The results showed that, in addition to breast cancer, erythrocyte GSH was significantly increased before and after chemotherapy in patients with digestive tract tumors, malignant lymphoma, and lung cancer. Stages were closely related. There was no significant difference in erythrocyte GSH before and after chemotherapy in all tumor patients. GSH in erythrocytes before chemotherapy was significantly higher in chemotherapy-ineffective patients than in those who received chemotherapy.
