随着对ＤＮＡ免疫学特性的深入了解，人们对ＣｐＧ特征结构在ＤＮＡ免疫学中的重要作用有了初步的认识，本文就ＣｐＧ特征结构的特点、免疫学活性及应用前景作一综述。
With the in-depth understanding of the immunological characteristics of DNA, the important role of CpG structure in DNA immunology has been preliminarily understood. In this paper, the features, immunological activity and application prospect of CpG structure are reviewed.
