《中国共产党章程》规定,国有企业和集体企业中党的组织发挥政治核心作用,围绕企业生产经营开展工作。在国有企业,决策是核心,用人是关键,执行是基础,监督是保障。国有企业党组织充分发挥政治核心作用,就是要坚持围绕中心,服务大局,改进方式,切实做到科学参与决策,主导选人用人,带头高效执行,保证有效监督。
