应用凯素灵(k-othrine)浸泡蚊帐代替DDT滞留喷洒,现察对蚊媒防制及控制疟疾流行的效果。1987年在立才农场12个队中进行,共浸泡蚊帐928顶,受保护人数1178人,实验区浸帐复盖率达80.5%,处理后,浸池区比未浸池区发病率下降65.8%,1986年同期下降54.97%,有效地控制了季节高峰。通过现场现察资料表明,只要在流行季节前高复盖率浸泡蚊帐,完全可以代替DDT作室内滞留喷洒,能有效地阻断疟疾传播达到控制流行的目的。
The effect of mosquito vector control and malaria control was observed using k-othrine soaked nets instead of DDT retention spray. In 1987, only 12 farms were established. A total of 928 mosquito nets were infiltrated, with 1178 protected people. The experimental area covered 80.5% of the total. After the treatment, the incidence of immersion pool was 65.8 %, Down 54.97% over the same period in 1986, effectively controlling the peak season. According to the field survey data, as long as the mosquito net with high coverage rate before the popular seasons can completely replace the DDT for indoor retention spraying, the malaria transmission can be effectively blocked to achieve the goal of controlling epidemic.
