笔者通过对国内主要股权交易平台在挂牌条件、挂牌融资成本、融资金额等的分析研究,认为各交易平台均要求挂牌企业股权明晰,具有持续经营的能力。同时,各交易平台还根据企业发展阶段,设置不同板块供企业选择,并设定相应的挂牌条件,明确挂牌费用。建议企业根据所处发展阶段、创业投资退出金额、退出时机等合理选择挂牌平台。 Through the analysis of the listing conditions, listed financing costs and financing amount of the major domestic equity trading platforms, the author believes that all trading platforms require listed companies to have a clear equity stake and the ability to continue as a going concern. At the same time, the trading platform is also based on the stage of enterprise development, set up different sections for business options, and set the appropriate listing conditions, a clear listing fees. It is suggested that enterprises should choose the listing platform reasonably according to their stage of development, exit amount of venture capital, exit timing and so on.
