澈肽释放酶-澈肽系统是人体内重要的内源性通路,具有调节包括血压和炎性反应在内的一系列生理和病理过程的作用。澈肽释放酶-澈肽系统与中枢神经系统疾病的关系也日益引起了学者的关注,尤其是癫痫。研究发现,在经匹罗卡品诱导、听觉点燃或杏仁核点燃的动物模型中,诱导型缓澈肽受体B1和固有型缓澈肽受体B2的表达均显著上调,或者出现缓澈肽受体B1/B2的相对比例升高。颞叶癫痫及海马硬化患者海马锥体神经元中的缓澈肽受体B1和B2以及星形胶质细胞中的澈肽释放酶1的表达均显著上调。由此提示,缓澈肽受体B1可能具有促癫痫发生的作用,缓澈肽受体B2则可能具有神经保护的作用。澈肽释放酶-澈肽系统在癫痫中的作用机制可能与血脑屏障破坏、促进兴奋性氨基酸释放及介导炎性反应等有关,并可能成为癫痫防治的新靶点。本文对澈肽释放酶-澈肽系统与癫痫发生的最新研究进展进行综述。

The expression of mitochondria receptors B1 and B2 in hippocampal pyramidal neurons and cholokinase 1 in astrocytes were significantly up-regulated in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy and hippocampal sclerosis. Therefore, it is suggested that CRP1B may have the function of promoting epileptogenesis, and CRP2 may have the neuroprotective effect. The mechanism of action of Chemithami-Che peptide system in epilepsy may be related to the destruction of the blood-brain barrier, the promotion of excitatory amino acid release and the mediation of inflammatory reaction, and may be a new target of epilepsy prevention and treatment. This review summarizes recent progress in the study of cholinesterase-Chemitin system and epilepsy.
