目的:探讨人性化护理用于内科护理的效果。方法:选取2016年1~9月医院80例内科患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。分别给予常规护理和人性化护理,比较两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁状态、生活质量和护理满意度。结果:观察组焦虑及抑郁评分较对照组明显降低,患者生活质量各维度得分较对照组均明显增加,患者及家属对护理服务满意度较对照组明显提升(P>0.05)。结论:人性化护理能够提高内科患者的生活质量和护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing in medical nursing. Methods: From January to September 2016, 80 cases of medical patients in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The general nursing and human nursing were given respectively. The anxiety, depression status, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of quality of life in all the groups were significantly higher than those in the control group. The satisfaction degree of the patients and their dependents in nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Humanized nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of medical patients.
