本文介绍了单颗粒无粘结剂成型型煤其成型压力,颗粒组成对型煤燃烧过程影响的初步试验研究结果。试验是在具有连续温度、失重测量记录的管式电炉内完成的。结果表明,型煤燃烧过程不仅仅取快于煤碳的化学组成即水份、挥发份、固定碳、热值等,在其它相同的条件下,型煤的成型压力,颗粒组成对型煤内部温度分布、挥发份析出速度和析出量、着火延时、焦碳的燃烧燃烬等都起着火决定性的作用。
This paper introduces the results of the preliminary experimental study on the effect of forming pressure and particle composition of briquette binderless briquette on briquette combustion process. The test was performed in a tubular electric furnace with continuous temperature and weight loss measurements. The results show that the briquette combustion process not only takes the chemical composition that is faster than that of coal, namely moisture, volatile matter, fixed carbon, calorific value, etc. Under other same conditions, the briquette forming pressure, Temperature distribution, the rate of precipitation of volatile compounds and the amount of precipitation, the ignition delay, the burning of coke combustion embers play a decisive role.
