2012年天翼3G手机交易会暨移动互联网论坛在广州琶洲会展中心盛大开幕,王晓初刘志庚出席天翼3G手机交易会开幕式,会上广东电信宣布:广东电信3G用户领先全国率先超千万,同时电信天翼3G网络信号也实现了广东省全省近2万个行政村的100%全覆盖。副省长刘志庚出席并致辞,中国电信(微博)集团董事长王晓初等出席开幕式。
