目的为探讨单纯性肥胖症儿童血脂的变化及运动的影响。方法检测56例单纯性肥胖症儿童及25例正常对照组儿童的血清脂类,并将肥胖儿童分为运动组和非运动组。结果肥胖儿童的血清TC、TG、LDL、apoB均有明显升高(P<0.01、 0.05),而 HDL、apoA_1的改变不明显。运动组 HDL及 apoA_1水平明显高于非运动组(P<0.05)。结论单纯性肥胖症存在明显脂质代谢紊乱;运动能明显升高血清HDL及apoA_1。
Objective To investigate the changes of obese children with simple obesity and exercise effects. Methods Serum lipids were detected in 56 children with simple obesity and 25 children with normal controls, and the obese children were divided into exercise group and non-exercise group. Results Serum levels of TC, TG, LDL and apoB in obese children were significantly increased (P <0.01, 0.05), while the changes of HDL and apoA_1 were not obvious. The levels of HDL and apoA_1 in exercise group were significantly higher than those in non-exercise group (P <0.05). Conclusion Simple obesity has obvious lipid metabolism disorders; exercise can significantly increase serum HDL and apoA_1.
