为了分析松果体及其褪黑激素在哺乳动物近日节律调控机制中的作用,本文对摘除松果体和眼球后的大鼠的运动活动,进行了连续6天的观测,并以单纯致盲的动物作对照。经用余弦节律分析法对实验数据进行处理,结果表明.与对照组相比,去松果体的各动物运动活动昼夜节律的峰值相位较分散,节律振幅的算术平均值较小;对群体平均的节律特征值进行统计学检验,见去松果体动物群体平均的运动活动已无明显的昼夜节律而对照动物的此节律仍然存在。根据上述结果。作者认为,在哺乳动物近日节律的内源性调控机制中,松果体仍有积极作用,其作用在于增大节津振幅和导引节律时相。
In order to analyze the role of pineal gland and its melatonin in mammalian rhythmic regulation mechanism, we observed 6 consecutive days of motor activity of pineal and post-ocular rats, Animals as controls. The authors believe that the pineal gland still plays a positive role in endogenous regulation of rhythms in mammals, and its role is to increase the amplitude of nodose and the phase of the guide rhythm.
