本文应用Spalding数值计算方法，移植顶吹转炉成功的数模与计算软件，加入电磁场洛仑兹力，在理论分析的基础上研制了30t底电极直流电弧炉熔池电磁流场温度场数学模型，开发了计算软件，计算了流场、温度场、循环流量、循环周期、物料混合时间等参量，为设计和冶炼工艺制度的合理化提供了参考依据．
In this paper, Spalding numerical calculation method is used to transplant the successful numerical model and calculation software of the top-blowing converter and to add the Lorentz force in the electromagnetic field. Based on the theoretical analysis, the mathematical model of the electromagnetic field field temperature field in the 30t bottom- The calculation software is developed and the parameters such as flow field, temperature field, circulation flow, cycle time and material mixing time are calculated, which provide a reference for the rationalization of design and smelting process system.
