目的:对氯碱厂建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和评价。方法:根据相关法律法规规章作为评价依据,采用现场卫生学调查法,现场采样与实验室分析法,检查表对照法进行综合评价。结果:评价内容分为9大项共78个小项。9大项符合评价标准,小项中76项完全或基本符合标准,2项有待改进。该项目的选址、总体布局、工艺及设备分布、职业病防护措施、职业卫生管理等方面符合或基本符合国家相关规定。聚氯乙烯生产中有5个氯乙烯监测点浓度超标。结论:该建设项目总体上符合标准要求,具有可行性。
Objective: To identify and evaluate the possible occupational hazards in the construction project of chlor-alkali plant. Methods: According to relevant laws, regulations and rules as the basis of evaluation, field health survey, on-site sampling and laboratory analysis, and checklist control were conducted to evaluate comprehensively. Results: The evaluation is divided into 9 major items a total of 78 small items. Nine major items met the evaluation criteria, with 76 items completely or basically meeting the criteria and two items needing improvement. The project’s site selection, overall layout, process and equipment distribution, occupational disease protection measures, occupational health management and other aspects comply with or basically comply with relevant state regulations. PVC production in five vinyl chloride monitoring point concentration exceeded. Conclusion: The construction project generally meets the standard requirements and is feasible.
