目的总结经尿道钬激光联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的疗效。方法 2007年8月至2009年8月对52例非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者采用经尿道钬激光切除术治疗,常规应用吡柔比星膀胱灌注。结果肿瘤完全切除,操作时间15～60min,平均30min,无膀胱穿孔及术后出血等并发症。术后所有患者均获随访,随访时间12～24个月。5例复发(9.6%),再行钬激光治疗。结论经尿道钬激光联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌切割精确,出血少,创伤小,术后恢复快,复发率低,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of transurethral holmium laser combined with pirarubicin in bladder irrigation for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods From August 2007 to August 2009, 52 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer underwent transurethral holmium laser resection and routinely received pirarubicin. Results Complete resection of the tumor, the operation time 15 ~ 60min, an average of 30min, no bladder perforation and postoperative complications such as bleeding. All patients were followed up for 12-24 months. 5 cases of recurrence (9.6%), then holmium laser treatment. Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser combined with pirarubicin bladder irrigation is a safe and effective treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer with less bleeding, less trauma, faster recovery and lower recurrence rate.
