社会主义核心价值体系既是实现职教院校办学效益最优化的根本保证,又是实现职教院校办学效益最优化的重要途径。不断认识和广泛践行社会主义核心价值体系,可以引导职教院校的领导、教师、学生形成正确的领导管理观、教师职业观和学生成才观,极大地提升领导干部的管理水平、教师的教育教学水平和职教院校的办学质量水平,从而实现职教院校办学效益的最优化和社会效益的最佳化。
The socialist core value system is not only the fundamental guarantee to optimize the efficiency of running a vocational college but also the most effective way to realize the efficiency of running a college. Continuously understanding and extensively practicing the socialist core value system can guide the leaders, teachers and students in vocational education institutions to form the correct concept of leadership, teachers and viewpoints of students ’accomplishment, and greatly improve the management level of leading cadres.
