今年1月7日是法国第一部专利法诞生200周年的日子。法国政府决定今年5月30日在巴黎法国议会大厅举办隆重的庆典活动。作为中国政府代表团一员我有幸参加此次活动,现就此次活动的盛况和法国专利法发展的情况作一介绍。为了推动发明、革新及专利工作,法国政府极为重视此次活动,组织了一个包括法国前总理罗卡尔、议院主席保赫、国民大会主席法 January 7 this year marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of France's first patent law.
