目的使用气相色谱-质谱法检测陕西省市售豆芽中4-氯苯氧乙酸、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸、吲哚乙酸、吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸等5种植物生长调节剂的残留情况。方法使用酸性乙腈作为提取溶液,经MCS固相萃取柱净化后,用10%三氟化硼甲醇溶液甲酯化,提取后利用气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)测定。结果 5种植物生长调节剂在0.5~10.0μg/m L质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9910~0.9993,在空白样品中分别添加浓度为0.05和0.20 mg/kg的标准品,平均回收率为79.8%~89.9%。62份豆芽样品中,5种植物生长调节剂的总检出率为16.1%。其中4-氯苯氧乙酸的检出率6.45%,残留量范围为0.05~0.34 mg/kg;吲哚乙酸的检出率9.68%,残留量范围为0.22~13.8 mg/kg。绿豆芽的检出率25.0%,黄豆芽的检出率8.82%。结论该方法简单、快速、可靠,结合GC-MS法可以满足豆芽中植物生长调节剂多残留检测的要求。陕西省市售豆芽滥用植物生长调节剂的现象依然存在。
Objective To detect the contents of 4 kinds of plant growth regulators such as 4-chlorphenoxyacetic acid, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, indole acetic acid, indole butyric acid and naphthalene acetic acid in the bean sprouts in Shaanxi province by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry Residues. Methods Acidic acetonitrile was used as the extraction solution. After purification by MCS solid phase extraction column, it was methyl esterified with 10% boron trifluoride methanol solution and extracted with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of 5 kinds of plant growth regulators and the concentration of 0.5 ~ 10.0μg / m L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9910 ~ 0.9993. The blank samples were respectively added with the standard of 0.05 and 0.20 mg / kg, The average recovery was 79.8% ~ 89.9%. Of the 62 sprouts samples, the total detection rate of five plant growth regulators was 16.1%. Among them, the detection rate of 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid was 6.45%, and the residual amount ranged from 0.05 to 0.34 mg / kg. The detection rate of indole acetic acid was 9.68% and the residual amount ranged from 0.22 to 13.8 mg / kg. The detection rate of green bean sprouts was 25.0% and that of yellow bean sprouts was 8.82%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and combined with GC-MS method can meet the requirements of multi-residue detection of plant growth regulator in bean sprout. Shaanxi Province, the sale of bean sprouts abuse of plant growth regulator phenomenon still exists.
