1981～1983年我们用体外反搏疗法治疗14例脑血栓后遗症,疗效较满意。临床资料患者年龄42～72岁,病程6个月至12年。合并高血压病9例,冠心病5例,均经药物、针灸及理疗等治疗而收效不显。主要临床表现为:偏瘫14例(轻度8例,肌力Ⅳ°;中度6例,肌力Ⅲ°),头痛,头晕12例,下肢无力及半身麻木各13例,语言困难8例,视力模糊及心慌胸闷各4例。
From 1981 to 1983, we treated 14 cases of cerebral thrombosis sequelae with external counterpulsation therapy, and the results were satisfactory. Clinical data Patients aged 42 to 72 years, duration of 6 months to 12 years. 9 cases of hypertension, 5 cases of coronary heart disease, were treated by drugs, acupuncture and physical therapy and the effect is not significant. The main clinical manifestations were: hemiplegia in 14 cases (mild 8 cases, muscle strength IV °; moderate 6 cases, muscle strength Ⅲ °), headache, dizziness in 12 cases, lower extremity weakness and half body numbness in 13 cases, 8 cases of language difficulties, Blurred vision and palpitation chest tightness in 4 cases.
