目的:探讨对手术室护士进行分级管理的措施和效果。方法:分级培训方法实施前偏向于新入科护士1年内的培训,对3年以上护士缺乏系统性培训。自护理部推行的护士分级培训制度和护士履职能力评估管理办法后,结合实际,根据护士的工作年限和聘任的岗位层级不同,通过制定《分级培训手册》,每人一本,根据手册进行有计划、有目标,系统性培训和考核。分层管理,实施1年后进行评价效果。结果:实施护士分级培训后护士的履职能力、理论成绩、技能考核成绩、手术医生对护士的满意度均较前提高。结论:实施分级培训方法后,充分调动手术室护士人员的工作积极性和责任感,增强手术室护士的培训意识,显著提升手术室护士各项能力,从而极大程度地提高手术室的护理质量和综合素质。
Objective: To explore the measures and effects of operating room nurses in different levels.
