通过矽肺大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）分析，表明矽肺大鼠BALF中LDH、TNF、总蛋白、细胞总数和血清中铜兰蛋白明显高于正常大鼠．其它ACP、SOD、GSHPX、白蛋白等矽肺大鼠都高于正常大鼠．同时，探讨了矽肺大鼠外呼吸道的可溶性生化成份与矽肺纤维化之间的关系．
Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) analysis of silicosis rats showed that the levels of LDH, TNF, total protein, total cells and ceruloplasmin in BALF in silicotic rats were significantly higher than those in normal rats. Other ACP, SOD, GSHPX, albumin and other silicosis rats were higher than normal rats. At the same time, the relationship between soluble biochemical composition of outer respiratory tract and silicotic fibrosis in silicosis rats was also discussed.
