用扫描电镜观察了感染伯氏疟原虫鼠的红细胞及游离疟原虫的表面结构,结果表明1/4感染伯氏鼠疟的红细胞表面结构出现“代谢窗”,游离疟原虫形态与国外有关报道相同。青蒿素对正常红细胞及感染伯氏鼠疟原虫的红细胞表面结构均未见形态学损伤,而游离疟原虫在青蒿素作用的后期显示病理学改变。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the surface structure of erythrocytes and Plasmodium falciparum infected by Plasmodium berghei. The results showed that there was a “metabolic window” on the surface structure of erythrocytes in the 1/4 infected Plasmodium falciparum. The form of free Plasmodium was the same as that reported in foreign countries . Artemisinin showed no morphologic damage on the erythrocyte surface structure of normal erythrocytes and Plasmodium berberine infected mice, whereas free Plasmodium showed pathological changes at the later stage of artemisinin treatment.
