小组合作学习是新课程所倡导的学生学习的重要方式之一,越来越多的老师在课堂教学过程中采用这一方法。合作学习小组是一种新型的“结构—功能”联合体,通常由4~6名在性别、学业成绩、个性特点等方面具有异质性的学生组成,尽可能地使小组的组成体现一个班级的缩影。组内异质可保证组内各个成员之间在各方面的差异互补;组间同质又为全班各个学习小组之间在同一起点和同一水平上公平、合理的竞争创造了条件。遵循“组内异质,组间同质”的原则,
