目的:探讨膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1)在胎膜早破胎盘组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和蛋白质印迹法(Western blot)分别对40例正常足月妊娠妇女(正常妊娠组)、40例足月前胎膜早破和40例足月胎膜早破的Annexin A1信使核糖核酸(m RNA)及蛋白进行测定。结果:Annexin A1 m RNA及蛋白在正常妊娠组胎盘组织中表达最低;足月胎膜早破组中次之;足月前胎膜早破中最高,正常妊娠组与足月前胎膜早破组和足月胎膜早破组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),足月前胎膜早破组和足月胎膜早破组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Annexin A1在胎膜早破胎盘组织中表达上调,Annexin A1的高表达可能与胎膜早破胎盘组织中的细胞凋亡增多有关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of Annexin A1 in placenta previa. Methods: Forty normal pregnant women (normal pregnancy group), 40 preterm premature rupture of membranes and 40 cases of full-term premature rupture of membranes were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and Western blotting Annexin A1 messenger ribonucleic acid (m RNA) and protein in premature rupture of membranes were measured. Results: Annexin A1 m RNA and protein were the lowest in placenta of normal pregnancy group, followed by full-term premature rupture of membranes group, highest in premature rupture of membranes, and premature rupture of membranes in normal pregnancy group There was no significant difference between premature rupture of membranes and full term premature rupture of membranes in preterm premature rupture of membranes group (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: Annexin A1 is up-regulated in placenta premature rupture of membranes and the high expression of Annexin A1 may be related to the increase of apoptosis in placenta premature rupture of membranes.
