目的:研究纤维粘接蛋白(fibronectin,FN)及其复合制剂的盖髓效果。方法:用活体猫牙作直接盖髓实验,并用组织学方法评价盖髓效果。结果:FN与羟基磷灰石(hydroxylapatite,HAP)的复合制剂(FN加HAP)盖髓成功率最高,而单纯应用HAP盖髓成功率最低,分别为80%、30.8%,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:FN加HAP是一种很有希望的复合型生物盖髓剂。
Objective: To study the pulp capping effect of fibronectin (FN) and its combination preparation. Methods: Direct catgut experiment with live cats was used to evaluate the pulp capping effect by histological method. RESULTS: The capping rate of FN plus hydroxyapatite (HAP) composite capsules (FN + HAP) was the highest, while that of HAP capping alone was the lowest (80%, 30.8%, respectively) There was a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: FN plus HAP is a promising compound biological pulp capping agent.
