随着基础教育课程改革的全面推进,教师的教学方式和学生的学习方式已经发生了很大的改变。我们应抓住这一契机,迅速转变校长自身的角色,排除旧观念、旧机制的束缚,尽可能为教师创设宽松和谐的氛围。
With the comprehensive promotion of basic education curriculum reform, the teaching methods of teachers and students’ learning styles have undergone great changes. We should seize this opportunity to rapidly change the principal’s own role, to exclude the shackles of the old ideas and old mechanisms and to create a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere for teachers as much as possible.
