新员工进入新的组织环境时有其特别的心理活动过程和特征,其社会化机制也与老员工有所不同。新员工社会化的成功与否对于组织能否获得有效的成员、传承优秀的组织文化、激发新成员的创新能力都有着长久的影响。过去大部分研究都是集中在宽泛的“员工组织社会化”上,近来很多学者开始关注新员工,但是相关的研究比较零散。因此,本文通过梳理已有的相关文献,较为系统地总结了新员工组织社会化的研究视角、前因和后果,指出了该领域研究的不足,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
New employees enter the new organizational environment has its own special psychological process and characteristics, and its social mechanism is also different from the old employees. The success of socialization of new employees has a long-term impact on whether an organization can gain effective membership, inherit a good organizational culture, and stimulate new members’ ability to innovate. Most of the past research focused on the broad “socialization of employee organization.” Recently, many scholars have started to pay attention to new employees, but the related research is fragmented. Therefore, this paper systematically summarizes the research perspectives, antecedents and consequences of the new employee socialization by pointing out the relevant literature and points out the shortcomings in this field and gives a prospect for the future research direction.
